Minimum shipment from the storage is from 1 l. (kg). .

Question: What are delivery terms from the moment of order payment?

Goods delivery is carried out during 1-3 working days on the territory of Ukraine. In other countries of the world it takes from 7-14 days. The term of special order manufacture is up to 14 days (discussed individually).

Question: What is the package of products?

We supply products such as matting paste and matting liquid "GlassMat" at packages of 1 and 0.5 l. We can also produce the package of 3,5,10 kg according to the preliminary order.  

Question: Where should the paste and liquid be stored and what is the term of storage?

It is recommended to store at the hermetically sealed plastic container under the temperature +17 - +40 C. It is allowed a small liquid waste. The preliminary condition of the paste is restored by the ordinary mixing. Storage life is 6 months from the production date.

Question: What are possible ways of order payment?

The payment is carried out through the money transfer to our currency account. Or it can be done with the help of quick money transfer system Contact, Western Union, Money Gram, Unistream, Anelik and etc.

Question: Do you have a delay of payment?

We have the possibility of the payment delay, but only if we have a long-term cooperation (after 3-5 orders from your side, we will consider possibilities of payment delay).

Question:What is the cost of delivery?

The cost of delivery depends on the volume of the Order and the type of transportation. It is calculated individually for each Order.

Question: Is it possible to send order payment via the post?

We work only on terms of 100% prepayment.

Question: What is the difference between the matting GlassMat and sandblasting technology?

Matting technology GlassMat – alternative of the sandblasting, matting is done during 15 minutes. It is easy to put any complicated picture on the glass surface.  Glass matting process does not require any expensive equipment.

Question: Compared the sandblasting technology, what will give the better quality of the image?

After the sandblasting processing, the surface looks rougher, with the bigger graininess, while the glass surface becomes satin and glossy to the touch after procession with the paste GlassMat.

Question: Does the density of the mattingdependonthetimeofpasteholding? i.e. if we will held it less than 15 minutes, will the shade be lighter?

No, the duration does not influence on the matting shade level. The paste knocks out silicium from the upper glass layer with the depth up to 25 microns.

Question: Is it possible to mat the black granite with the help of paste GlassMat?

It is possible to mat the black granite, but you need more concentrated paste for it, that will differ in price from the ordinary one on 20 %.

Question: Is it possible to use any paint for matted places painting and is it possible to mix it to the paste for the matted place to be colourful right after it?

To mix paint with the paint is not recommended, but you can paint the matted with the paste places.

Question: Does the layer of the putted paste influence on the depth of matting? I.e. if we will put the thick layer, will the matting surface be more transparent?

The minimum layer for matting is 2-3 mm. If you will put more – the surface matting shade will not be changed, the smaller layer can cause the unevenness of the mat picture.

Question: You write that it is needed to store the old and new paste at the separate tare, but the paste is of multiple usage? Why?

Nothing will happen. In such a way you will control how many times you have used the paste.

Question: Is the material toxic?

Our products are absolutely harmless, non-toxic and do not contain and evaporate hydrofluoric acid.  

Question: Canyousuggest how to do the shades on pictures?

If you mean the coloured shades, then you can make it with the help of stained glass paint. If you mean the semitone, then you will not get it with the help of one paste only. It is needed to combine the paste with the sandblasting.

Question: Is there any possibility to come to you and have a look at the matting process with the help of paste and liquid?

We do not deal with the matting, but only produce the matting mixes. When we compose instructions as for the qualified matting, we are based on recommendations of our clients and specialists, dealing with the glass matting.

Question: It is advised to me to buy an adhesive film ORACAL 620 and 640. Tell me, please, will this film leave the sticky surface on the material? What tools are needed?

No, the film ORACAL 620 and 640 are used for templates, it does not leave the sticky surface on the material. Other tools, that you will need are: adhesive spray for fixing the film well, spatulas and stencil brushes.

Question: Is it possible to mat the glass of a big size with the help of your paste or liquid getting the mat image without stains and streaks?

The big squares can be matted with the help of the paste, but it is very difficult to do. Everything depends on spatula sizes by means of which you put the paste on the surface and the ability to put it with one movement without stoppages.

Question: We have problems with getting a clear matting picture. Images are matted with blinks. Can we make something that is not right?

There are few variants why you could not put the paste qualitatively:
1. Unevenness of matting depends on the quality of subject degreasing. You should degrease the Subject that will be matted with an alcohol or alcohol-containing agents, but do not use the solvent anyway, while it leaves the transparent film on the surface that prevents the qualified matting
2. It is recommended to use the cloth of 100% viscose for cleaning the Subject that does not leave fibers on the surface of the Subject.
3. Put the paste with the single movement, not touching the glass surface with the stencil.
4. Putting the paste, the appearance of air bulbs between paste and glass is not allowed.
5. Wash the glass immediately, in other case there will be bruises on glass.
6. Use only plastic and rubber subjects for work

Question: Is it possible to make a liquid for matting from the paste?

From the very beginning these compositions are completely different and it is not possible to transfer it from one consistency to another one. You can buy the liquid for matting GlassMat from us.

Question: What is the difference between liquid and paste for matting? Application.

The main distinctive feature of liquid GlassMat from the paste GlassMat – is a possibility to mat complicated products, for example, vases, wine-glasses and etc. Also it is easier to mat big surfaces with the help of liquid. The paste consumption is 1 kg for 28 m², liquids – for 40 m². It is better to mat flat surfaces with the template by means of the paste.

Question: Can we use the liquid a few times, like the paste?

Yes, liquid can also be used many times.
